How are your steaks packaged for shipping?
Our steaks are vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at the peak of freshness. They are shipped in a reusable cooler with dry ice to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, even in warm weather.
What is the difference between Wet-Aged and Dry-Aged beef?
Wet-aging involves aging the beef in a vacuum-sealed bag to maintain moisture and tenderness, resulting in a classic steakhouse flavor. Dry-aging involves exposing the beef to air in a temperature-controlled environment, which concentrates the flavor for a rich, nutty profile.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality USDA Prime and Choice beef. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I ship steaks as a gift to someone else?
Absolutely. You can enter a different shipping address at checkout and even include a personalized gift message. Our packaging is premium and gift-ready, with no pricing information included on the packing slip.
How should I thaw my steaks once they arrive?
For the best results, we recommend thawing your steaks in the refrigerator for 24 hours. If you are in a hurry, you can place the vacuum-sealed package in a bowl of cold water for 30-60 minutes.
